Clubhouse Update

Construction continues to move forward on the new Keller clubhouse. Most current activity consists of truss and sheathing installation as well as pouring of slabs.

McGough Schedule Update (as of 3/21)
 Club House Footings -99% complete
 Waterproofing - 50% complete
 Pro Shop Precast - 95% complete
 Wood Framing - 20% complete
 Underground Utilities -75% complete
 Slab on grade at the Clubhouse - scheduled to begin next Monday
 Doors/Windows - scheduled to begin in mid April
 MDOT/County Road B Work - County Road B East bound is scheduled to be closed April 15th and    
     fire hydrant relocation is scheduled for April 24th

The County Road B/ Highway 36 project is scheduled to begin in April and this will present some challenges accessing the property. Dependent on frost conditions, County Road B will be closed to all east bound traffic from April 15 - May 15. All the Keller boulevard trees along County Road B were removed last week and some of the utility work has commenced as well.

Underground boring for gas line run on the frontage property.
 
This gas line will run 14' beneath the current Keller entrance road.

The bare boulevard.

All the trees to the east of the gas station (across the street) were cleared to make way for the new frontage road. The new frontage road will line up with the new entrance road to Keller GC.

Five truckloads of PVC irrigation pipe arrived on Wednesday of this week.

Pipe will be temporarily stored at the beginning of 12 fwy.
